The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the new visit of Bola Tinubu, its 2023 Presidential Candidate to previous President Goodluck Jonathan was an essential move for public solidarity and union.
Mr Felix Morka, APC National Publicity Secretary made the clarification in a proclamation on Monday in Abuja.
Morka said the move deserved honor and imitating, adding that the supposed eruption against the visit by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) sold out its outrageous pietism and indiscretion.
"Shaken by the new statesmanly visit of our Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to previous President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. The resistance PDP has raised a ruckus around town button in a misleading problem, saying the move won't help our competitor and party."
He further expressed that the PDP has substantiated itself a party tormented with ongoing nearsightedness, ailing in vision and unequipped for perceiving the basic of lifting the benefit of everyone of our country above sectarian objections.
As per him, PDP's fixation on childish partisanship blinds it to existential and vital chances to recuperate injuries from way back, make peace and fabricate extensions of public solidarity and agreement.
The APC representative focused on that it was miserable that the PDP would prefer to fan the coals of disdain and division.
"The PDP's history of 16 years of mismanagement, defilement and squandermania, stays permanent in the awareness of Nigerians.
"As opposed to PDP's ludicrous case that the couple of Asiwaju Tinubu and Sen. Shettima are reducing most, if not all, connection with President Muhammadu Buhari's organization.
"It is on record that this administration deftly oversaw two monetary downturns, and pulled the country back from the cliff where PDP's long stretches of terrible rule left it hanging problematically," he said.
Morka said the APC and its official competitor were looking for the command of Nigerians to combine on the groundwork of reclamation and significance that had been laid across all areas by the Buhari organization.
